How we prepare?
First quality Toor dal, channa dal, moong dal, idly rice, raw rice, black urad dal are cleaned and soaked overnight (Overnight soaking is done to enhance the digestion process). It is then drained and sun dried for about 3 days till it is completely dry. It is then lightly dry roasted. The spices like dried ginger, dried garlic, dried chilly, fennel seeds, asafoetida, salt, curry leaves are dry roasted. All together it is grounded into a coarse powder.
How to use?
Mix Adai dosa mix with required water. Make it lump-free and let it sit for about half and hour. That’s it! It’s then ready to use.
