How we prepare?

     Karupu kavuni rice is cleaned and soaked overnight. It is drained and sun dried for about 3 days. The fully dried rice is then dry roasted along with dried ginger, dried garlic, pepper and cumins and finally grounded coarsely. 

    We use only first quality ingredients in the making. No other artificial colours, chemicals or preservatives added.

How to use?

      Take 3 to 4 tablespoons of Merna homemade instant karupu kavuni kanji mix and mix it with sufficient water, required salt and cook for about 20 minutes or a little more till it reaches desired consistency. That’s it! Your healthy karupu kavuni kanji is ready!
