Ghee & Others

Description
A2 ghee is a type of clarified butter made from the milk of cows that produce only A2 beta-casein protein. Regular ghee is often made from the milk of cows that produce both A1 and A2 proteins.
A2 ghee is made from the milk of specific breeds of cows, such as Desi cows, which are native to India. Free from preservatives and chemicals, it adds a delicious flavour and aroma to every dish.
How we prepare?
Our A2 ghee is made from the milk of a desi cow breed called Kangeyam. Then our A2 Ghee is made using the traditional process, where milk is first boiled in a low heat and converted into curd with a curd starter. Butter is then collected from it using bilona process . The butter is then heated until the water evaporates leaving behind the clarified butter called ghee.
