HOW TO USE?
Take required quantity of Aval in a bowl and wash it well. Soak them in required quantity of water or milk for few minutes. After that garnish
it with shredded coconut and sugar of your choice or even with curd and enjoy. Aval can be boiled made as puttu as well.
Also the soaked aval can be used to make Aval Upma called Poha , which is a very healthy breakfast option.
