How we prepare ?

        How many of us know that usually the store bought asafoetida has added Maida in it? Do you know why they add such flour along with Asafoetida? It’s because original asafoetida resin is very pungent in nature and it’s not ideal for everyday use. Even if you add a bit extra in the cooking, it will spoil the entire dish. So the flour is being added in proper ratio along with asafoetida thus making it ideal for cooking.

          Unlike other commercial stores, we use wheat flour as a replacement to Maida. We follow proper ratio in adding wheat flour and asafoetida without affecting its aroma and benefits. No artificial colours or chemicals added in the making process.
