How we prepare?

      All the selected spices are dry roasted in medium flame and then grounded to perfection. We use only high-quality spices to ensure the authentic taste you're looking for. Each ingredient is chosen to bring out the best flavour and aroma. We haven’t used any artificial colours or taste enhancers.

           We have used dehydrated ginger and garlic powder in the making so you don’t have to use ginger garlic paste separately. We also have added salt in our Merna homemade fish fry masala. You can add few drops of lemon for the flavour if you want.
