Citron Pickle is an uncompromisingly delicious, tangy pickle that adds a zing to the everyday food. Citron pickle is a versatile side dish that can be used with rice, dosa, chapati, and other traditional South Indian meals. It's often paired with curd rice.
How we prepare?
Citron pickle is traditionally made using fresh citrons, oil along with the selected spices. We use wood pressed gingelly oil which acts as a preservative to this. No added preservatives or artificial colours. This is made using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients, ensuring you don’t have to compromise on taste. It is good to store for a longer period.
Note
Store this pickle in a air-tight container or glass jar. Do not use hands or wet spoons and don’t leave the lid open for a longer time as it will spoil the pickle.
