How to use?

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add urad dal and curry leaves.

Step 2: Add groundnuts or cashews and fry until golden brown.

Step 3: For example, if you prepare for 4 people, Add 2 tablespoons of the pudhina rice mix and sauté well until the raw smell goes away.

Step 4: Add the cooked rice and mix thoroughly so the masala coats the rice evenly. Thats it.. Tasty Pudhina rice is ready to serve.  

Or  

Add the required amount of pudhina rice mix and a spoonful of ghee to the cooked rice. Mix well
